our story
Our story began in 2009, when Roxana Forestier, founder of RoxyCake, baked her first batch of cookies for a function at work.
Everyone was impressed with the cookies. Soon they began ordering different items such as cupcakes for birthday parties. Cookies for the Holidays. Roxy decided she would take her skills and take the next step, cake design.
Roxy wasn’t happy simply baking great tasting cakes, she wanted to “Wow” everyone with cakes that tasted great, but looked so amazing you’d never want to cut them.
Our cakes have only the freshest ingredients to make our baked goods taste a fresh-out-of-oven like experience. An experience, that simply melts in your mouth.
For instance, when we bake our famous whipped cream cakes, we use only pure cream and the best brown sugar on the market. Also, we always buy the freshest fruits to make our pie fillings or our pastry menu items…
